Roadmap
In 7 steps TOGETHER to a healthy, safe work and life space.
1. ADVICE
A video-call in which we discuss the current situation and organization. Here we will address: numbers, space, available functions, building, other users, suppliers, and potential visitors (a complete program of demands).
2. SPACE
A second video-call in which we show the first sketch with the possibilities of the complete work and life spaces in the office. As the second order of business we will discuss the route through the office.
3. ROUTING
A third video-call in which the route and the functional customization and additions such as signing will be shown. As the second order of business the division of the activities will be discussed.
4. REALIZATION
The implementation of the adjustments on location.
5. IMPLEMENTATION
Inviting the office users to come back to work with an explanation of the changes at the office (organizational and the use). This could be supported with a short animation movie.
6. FOLLOW-UP
Check of the viability, health and safety at the new office.
7. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED
Because a 7-step approach with a successful result is a good excuse for a celebration.
